Privacy Policy

This policy describes how D3SMC LLC ("we," "us," "the company") collects and handles information through the Nayvadius family of products (this site and its subdomains). It applies to the apex site nayvadius.ai and, by default, to each product subdomain unless that product publishes a more specific policy at /privacy.

What we collect

• Information you give us — email address (when you contact us or create an account on a product subdomain), payment information (processed by Stripe; we never see your card details), and any content you submit to a specific product.
• Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and basic Cloudflare-Pages-level access logs. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site analytics on the apex site.
• Cookies — only as required for product functionality (e.g. session cookies on a product subdomain after you sign in). The apex site sets no cookies of its own.

How we use it

• To operate and improve the products you use.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, license tokens, account notifications) for products you have purchased.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train machine-learning models without your explicit per-product opt-in.

Third parties we share with

• Cloudflare — DNS, TLS, edge hosting (Pages).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend (or comparable transactional-email provider) — for outbound emails after a purchase. Subject to change; each product's specific provider is named in its own product privacy policy when applicable.
• Anthropic and other LLM providers — for product functionality that involves model inference. Content you submit to a product is shared with the model provider only as required to fulfil your request and is not retained beyond what each provider's own retention policy specifies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@nayvadius.ai. We will respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents have additional rights under CCPA — both are honored.

Children

Nayvadius products are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top.
